The model Smart is pneumatic joining machine for the assembly of any shape and kind of frames either with four, six or eight sides, even curves.

 

The mitered pieces of mouldings to be joined are connected tightly by a steel nail type NP (for not too hard and hard woods and compact materials as MDF) or type PV (for very soft, soft, medium woods and plastic.).

 

The loaders are interchangeable on the same machine. These nails are in cartridges and according to the height of mouldings there are different sizes available.

 

The machine equipped with automatic device that prevents marks on the top of the moulding during joining operation. It is possible to set nails in 2 or more different positions and drive more nails one behind the other into the back of the mouldings.

The machine is capable of joining mouldings from 4mm (5/32") with PV nails and 5 mm. (6/32) with NP nails in width and 7mm. (9/32") in height up to 120mm. (4 3/4") in width and 70mm. (2 3/4") in height.
